Child Yoga Benefits

Yoga and mindfulness have been proven to enhance both physical and mental well-being in school-age children (ages 6 to 12). Practicing yoga helps children develop balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity. Additionally, yoga and mindfulness provide psychological benefits, with increasing research indicating that these practices can boost focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, while also helping to reduce anxiety and stress in children.
