Ekam Yoga Studio was born from a desire to share the wisdom and experience gathered over 13 years of teaching yoga in France — with authenticity, joy, and deep respect for each student.

Located in the heart of Phoenix, our studio offers a warm, welcoming space where movement and breath become tools for self-discovery and transformation.

At Ekam, we honor the traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga, which forms the foundation of our offerings. Whether you’re new to the practice or a long-time student, you’ll find dedicated support and personal guidance to help you grow.

In addition to Ashtanga, we offer a variety of yoga styles — including Slow Flow, Hatha 26, Yin, and Strength-based practices — to meet students where they are and support their unique journey.

Above all, Ekam is a place for connection. A place to share, to explore, and to move forward — together.

Mysore Class

Mysore practice is a unique method for building a personalized and regular Ashtanga Yoga routine by  learning step by step the sequence of poses.

Ashtanga Foundation

This class is designed for Ashtanga Yoga beginners. It will build a solid foundation for your Ashtanga Yoga practice.

Slow Flow

A slower-paced Vinyasa class focused on alignment, breath, and mindful movement. Includes warm-up, sun salutations, standing and floor poses.

Yin Yoga

A slow, calming practice with long-held poses targeting hips, spine, and shoulders. Combines deep stretching, relaxation, and restorative elements to promote flexibility and mindfulness.
