Who Am I ?
Yoga first found me in 2002, during a dance class in Montreal. A few simple Hatha postures lit a spark that never went out. Over the years, yoga has become my path through challenge, growth, and transformation. It’s not just what I do—it’s who I am.
My teaching journey began in 2009, when I undertook my teacher training with Caroline Boulinguez and Annick Goueslain at Les Ailes du Yoga in Paris, where I also studied “Anatomy for Movement” with Blandine Calais-Germain. I completed a 500-hour diploma program recognized by Yoga Alliance—with honors.
In 2011, I founded the first Ashtanga Yoga school in Nantes France, driven by a desire to share this powerful practice in the spirit of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, the founder of Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, India. My goal is to offer a space where each student can experience the profound impact of this method, guided with attention to their personal path and aspirations.
My own practice continues to be the heart of my teaching. I firmly believe that to teach well, one must remain a student. In India, I trained with Sri V. Sheshadri (PAVY Shala) in Mysore. In the United States, I learned from Lisa Schrempp and Karen Kelly, both authorized Level II teachers by the Jois family. My yoga journey also includes mantra chanting, initiated by Tara Mitra, which deepens the meditative and spiritual dimensions of my practice.
To expand my understanding of mindfulness, I completed the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by the University of Massachusetts.
Nature has always been part of who I am. Walking has been in my DNA since childhood, and the YogiWalkie method—combining Yoga & Walking in nature—allows me to weave together my three deepest passions.
Personal development has long been a guiding interest in my life. I believe that self-exploration, inquiry, and presence are essential tools on the journey of becoming. To support others on this path, I trained as a professional coach with Coaching Ways and earned a Level II RNCP certification. I now accompany individuals through life transitions—whether personal, professional, or athletic—with presence, clarity, and care.
I am a multi-passionate human being who places connection, transformation, and empathy at the center of everything I do. Whether through yoga, coaching, or walking in the nature, my mission remains the same: to support others in reconnecting with themselves and cultivating meaningful, embodied lives.
