Slow Flow Yoga Phoenix
A slower-paced approach to movement, breath & recovery
Unlike our more dynamic Flow Yoga classes, Slow Flow at Ekam offers a calmer and more restorative approach to movement. Inspired by traditional moon days in Ashtanga Yoga, this practice is designed to help calm the nervous system, release tension and restore energy.
If you are looking for a gentle yoga class in Phoenix, this slower-paced practice creates space to slow down, breathe and reconnect through mindful movement and breath awareness.
Why We Pause Mysore on Moon Days
What to expect:
- Breath-led and mindful movement
- Grounding postures and slow transitions
- A calm, non-heated environment
- Space to reset, recover, and recharge
- Open to beginners and all levels
Practiced in a calm, non-heated environment, Slow Flow offers space to move more slowly, reconnect with the breath, and support long-term balance and well-being.
