What is Yogiwalkie ?

The origin
In 2011, YogiWalkie was created in France by yoga practitioner Peggy Menager. She wanted to bring the practice out of the studio to enjoy the combined benefits of yoga and walking in nature. She also aimed to emphasize that practicing asanas is just one part of yoga.
The method
A YogiWalkie is a two-hour session designed to journey through the body and free the mind from clutter. Just like in a traditional studio class, we engage the body in connection with the breath. This unique style of outdoor yoga Phoenix incorporates various aspects of yoga—such as the five senses, balance, concentration, and movement coordination—seamlessly into the walk.
